"To be good at anything we do, we have to LEARN ABOUT IT FIRST!"
Technical Requirements E-Books
Practice Tips
- You need to understand that Music is a Language! It takes time to become fluent!
- All music is made up of scales and chords. Get to KNOW them, not to just memorize them and you will be creating beautiful music in no time.
- Beginners need to practice at least 10-15 minutes a day. It is better to review a new language everyday for a few minutes rather than for an hour, once a week.
- Intermediate and advanced students already know that they must practice!
- Take your music books OUT of your school bag and leave them open on your piano. You can’t pass by everyday without saying HELLO!
- New pieces? It is better to practice one whole measure at a time, with both hands - rather than trying to learn a whole song, one hand at a time.
* Most importantly – have fun!
